B)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN SEAMANSHIP,NAVIGATION,GEOGRAPHY AND OCEONOGRAPHY AND IN MARITIME LAW AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES,COURSES AND PROGRAMMES DESIGNED TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC TO USE THE SEA FOR SKILL TRAINING.
