(C)TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF PERSONS IN NEED HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS. (D)TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
