THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY TO THE GOVERNORS OF THE COLFE GRAMMAR SCHOOL OUT OF THE INCOME AND, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE COMMISSIONERS, OUT OF THE PROPERTY OF THE EDUCATIONAL CHARITY A SUM OF ú50 IN FULL AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION OF THE RIGHT OF THOSE GOVERNORS TO RECEIVE A YEARLY SUM OF ú5 OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITIES OF JOHN WOOD (EDUCATIONAL BRANCH) AND LEWISHAM PAROCHIAL CHARITIES AS STATED IN CLAUSE 3 OF THE SCHEME OF 8 SEPTEMBER 1873. SUBJECT TO THE AFORESAID PAYMENT, INCOME TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS (1) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FNANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FOR DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 25 AND 26 OF THE SCHEME)
