1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG ARMENIANS IN ARMENIAN SCHOOLS. 2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG ARMENIANS AND TO HELP THE SICK, THE AGED AND THE HOMELESS. 3) TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SURVIVORS OF THE 1988 EARTHQUAKE IN NORTH WESTERN ARMENIA.
