TO PROVIDE PALLIATIVE CARE AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE SUFFERING FROM LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CANCER, HEART, RESPIRATORY AND NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES, AS WELL AS SUPPORT FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN THE BOROUGHS OF BROXBOURNE AND WELWYN HATFIELD AND THE DISTRICT OF EAST HERTFORDSHIRE AND ANY GEOGRAPHIC AREA SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION OF THE TRUSTEES.
