TO ADVANCE THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PEOPLE WHO HAPPEN TO HAVE A LEARNING DISABILITY THOUGH GREATER LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES BY PROMOTING PERSONAL CHOICE AND INDEPENDENCE AND ENCOURAGING THEIR FULL PARTICIPATION, INTEGRATION AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE CLUB AND COMMUNITY
