REFOCUS WORKS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFITS BY ADDRESSING THE NEEDS MAINLY OF YOUNG PEOPLE OF BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC ORIGIN IN AND AROUND READING, BERKSHIRE WHO ARE EITHER INVOLVED IN CRIME OR AT RISK OF BECOMING SO. WE PROVIDE SUPPORT THROUGH MENTORING, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, LIFE-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, COUNSELLING, COACHING, IN-SCHOOL PROJECTS AND HOLIDAY PROVISIONS.
