Charitable objects
(1) ASSISTING IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MIDRASH SHMUEL YESHIVA WITH THE AIM OF TEACHING JEWISH STUDIES TO STUDENTS AND IMMIGRANTS; (2) ESTABLISHING AND MAINTANING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR NEEDY STUDENTS OF THE SAID INSTITUTION ENGAGED IN TALMUDICAL RESEARCH JEWISH EDUCATION AND STUDIES. (3) TO ENGAGE IN ANY CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ANCILLARY TO THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
