USE OF THE HEREDITAMENTS THEREBY ASSURED FOR THE PURPOSE OF A RECREATION GROUND OR HOLIDAY CAMP FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY SCHOOL CHILDREN OR OTHER YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WEST HARTLEPOOL FOR THE POOR THE PUBLIC OR ANY OTHER SUCH PERSONS AS MAY BE THE OBJECTS OF OR BENEFIT UNDER A CHARITABLE TRUST.
