Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS WITHOUT DIFFERENTIATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE, COLOUR, CREED, IDEOLOGY OR SEX AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, TO BRING SPIRTUAL AND/OR MATERIAL SOLACE TO THE SICK OR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS DUE TO THEIR SOCIAL, ECONOMIC OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES. 2. THE UNDERTAKING IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD OF SUCH OTHER OBJECT OR OBJECTS WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE SOCIETY IN ITS DISCRETION SHALL SEE FIT.
