Charitable objects
(1)THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND DURING THE YEAR IN WHICH SUCH INCOME IS RECEIVED OR DURING ANY SUBSEQUENT YEAR OR YEARS TO OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR PURPOSES AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. (2)THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME PAY OR APPLY ALL OR ANY OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TO OR TOWARDS ANY SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR PURPOSES AS AFORESAID.
