TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE HEALTH BY INFORMING THE PUBLIC OF THE DANGERS OF RETINAL DETACHMENT AND THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT; TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF STICKLER SYNDROME AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE FAMILY; TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM STICKLER SYNDROME AND ASSOCIATED CONDITIONS.
