Charitable objects
1) THE PROMOTION OF HORTICULTURE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THOSE PARTS OF SPETCHLEY PARK GARDENS, SPETCHLEY, HEREFORD AND WORCESTER AS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. 2) THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
