B) IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY:
I) FORMER OFFICERS OF THE REGIMENT OR OF THE FORMER REGIMENTS, OR THEIR DEPENDANTS;
II) MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT OR OF THE FORMER REGIMENTS, OR THEIR DEPENDANTS.
2) THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED BY:
A) MAKING GRANTS OR LOANS OF MONEY TO THEM; OR
B) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR
C) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE IN NEED.
