THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:
1. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE FORM OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS;
2. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
