(2) 1/5 INCOME TO THE TRUSTEES OF POWELL'S EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION IN AUGMENTATION OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY. (3) 1/5 INCOME AT THE TRUSTEES' DISCRETION PAID TO EITHER OF THE SAID BODIES FOR THE BEFORE MENTIONED PURPOSES RESPECTIVELY.
