ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR MARRIED COUPLES WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT OR POOR WIDOWS OR POOR SPINSTERS. PREFERENCE TO BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN ASH AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
