TO PROVIDE, FURNISH AND MAINTAIN A CHAPEL IN THE CRYPT OF ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL FOR USE BY MEMBERS OF THEORDER OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE HOLDING OF SERVICES BOTH IN THE CHAPEL AND IN THE CATHEDRAL.
