BY AN ORDER MADE IN THE CHANCERY DIVISION OF THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE ON 27TH NOVEMBER 1925, MR JUSTICE ASTBURY DECLARED THAT THE OBJECTS SHOWN ABOVE IS A VALID CHARITABLE TRUST.
