Charitable objects

A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS I FINANCIAL NEED OF GOOD CHARACTER, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE WHOLLY OR IN PART UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS DUE TO AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY OR INFIRMITY, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY; 1) PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT; 2) PERSONS RESIDENT ELSEWHERE; B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE. C) THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE POOR IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
