(II) A YEARLY SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ú50 FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE POOR OF CHESTERFIELD. (III) PENSIONS FOR POOR PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN CHESTERFIELD FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR AND WHO ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS.
