THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR POOR PERSONS WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BARTESTREE WITH LUGWARDINE, OR FAILING SUCH SUITABLE APPLICANTS THEN PERSONS BEING QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISHES OF STRETTON GRANDISON OR EGGLETON.
