TO PROVIDE WELFARE FACILITIES FOR PERSONS AGED FIFTY YEARS AND OVER RESIDENT IN LETCHWORTH, ALSO TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION AND TO PURSUE ANY OBJECT WHICH IS CONSIDERED OF BENEFIT TO THE ELDERLY RESIDENTS WITHIN THE NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE DISTRICT AUTHORITY AREA.
