BENEFIT OF POOR EX-SERVICEMEN OR WOMEN OR POOR PERSONS WHO SHALL HAVE SERVED IN THE BRITISH MERCHANT SERVICE AND WHO FROM WOUNDS, DISEASE, ILL-HEALTH, ACCIDENT, AGE OR INFIRMITY SHALL BE WHOLLY OR IN PART UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES.
