NOT MORE THAN NINE TWENTY FOURTH PARTS AS NEARLY AS MAY BE FOR THE RELIEF IN NEED. 3. AS TO THE REMAINDER TOGETHER WITH SUCH INCOME AS IS NOT REQUIRED FOR USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2. ABOVE FOR THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION.
