CONSTITUTION AND RULES DATED 5 OCTOBER 1956 AS AMENDED 7 JUNE 2000.
Charitable objects
(A) TO ASSIST IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY THE SPIRITUAL, MORAL, SOCIAL, INTELLECTUAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE OF THE DEAF AND THOSE WITHOUT SPEECH, WHO ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PERSONS WHO WHERE BORN DEAF, BECAME TOTALLY DEAF AS A RESULT OF DISEASE OR INJURY AND PEOPLE WHO ARE WITHOUT SPEECH FROM BIRTH, OR AS A RESULT OF DISEASE OR INJURY. (B) TO PROVIDE RELIGIOUS ECUMENICAL WORSHIP FOR MEMBERS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE.
