ALMSHOUSES FOR NEEDY AND DESERVING PERSONS OF NOT LESS THAN FIFTY YEARS OF AGE AND OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO THROUGH MISFORTUNE NOT OF THEIR OWN FAULT ARE IN REDUCED CIRCUMSTANCES AND IN GREATEST NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND WHO HAVE RESIDED IN HIGH WYCOMBE NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS BEFORE APPOINTED.
