A) FOR THE PROVISION OF FREE CONVALESCENCE OR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND ATTENTION FOR THOSE PERSONS (BEING MEMBERS OF THE SAID ORDER OR WIVES WIDOWS CHILDREN OR DEPENDANTS OF SUCH MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS) WHO SHALL BE NEEDY AND DESERVING OF SUCH ASSISTANCE. B) OTHERWISE FOR THE RELIEF AND BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID AS SHALL BE IN NEEDY AND NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.
