1) AS A COFFEE TAVERN OR REFRESHMENT HOUSE OPEN TO PUBLIC USE. 2) AS A WORKING MEN'S CLUB FOR MEN OF THE INDUSTRIAL CLASSES WHO ARE SOBER, INDUSTRIOUS AND OF GOOD CHARACTER AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THEIR POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OPINIONS. 3) GENERALLY FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE RELIGIOUS MORAL, SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL WELFARE AND THE RATIONAL EDUCATION AND RECREATION OF THE SAID MEN, LADS AND OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PARISHIONERS.
