(4) PAYMENT OF GRANTS TO ANY SOCIETY OR INSTITUTION PROVIDING SUCH BENEFITS FOR POOR PERSONS OBJECTS 1, 2, AND 3 PREFERENCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE IN OR OUT PATIENTS OF THE HUDDERSFIELD ROYAL INFIRMARY.
