Charitable objects
TO APPLY THE SAME AS CAPITAL OR INCOME FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL ADVANCE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE ENGLISH TERRITORY OF THE ORDER (WHICH INCLUDES WALES) ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE SUPERIOR SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT. IF AT ANY TIME THE CHARITY CEASES TO EXIST, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY SUCH FUNDS FOR SUCH OTHER LAWFUL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
