Charitable objects
ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) ARE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF BROADWAY AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO WERE BORN IN THE SAID AREA.
