Charitable objects
(A) TO ENCOURAGE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE BREED OF CATTLE KNOWN AS HEREFORDS IN THE PART OF ENGLAND COMPRISING THE COUNTIES OF BERKSHIRE, HAMPSHIRE AND THE ISLE OF WIGHT, KENT, OXFORDSHIRE, SURREY SUSSEX AND WILTSHIRE. (B) THE FURTHERANCE OF THE WORK OF THE HEREFORD HERD BOOK SOCIETY IN THE ASSOCIATION'S AREA AND TO CO-ORDINATE THE VIEWS AND SUGGESTIONS OF HEREFORD BREEDERS IN THIS AREA FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SAID BREED.
