(1) TO BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT. (2) TO RELIEVE PERONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP, OR DISTRESS EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY.
