Charitable objects

1) TO DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE METHODIST CHURCH AS LAID DOWN IN THE METHODIST CHURCH UNION ACT 1929 AND THE DEED OF UNION 1932 AND IN PURSUANCE OF THIS, TO SUPPORT THE CONTINUANCE OF AN INDEPENDENT METHODIST CHURCH; 2) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND MEMBERS IN THE CHARITY, INCLUDING THE IMPLICATIONS OF ANY ORGANIC UNION BETWEEN THE METHODISTS CHURCH AND OTHER CHURCHES; 3) TO STIMULATE THE MAXIMUM FELLOWSHIP BETWEEN THE MINISTRIES AND MEMBERSHIP OF ALL CHRISTIAN CHURCHES.
