THE HALL TO BE USED FOR TEMPERANCE PURPOSES IN THE PARISH OF TIMSBURY AND ALSO FOR SUCH PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH TEMPERANCE AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS AS A MAJORITY OF THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE PROVIDING THAT AT NO TIME SHALL INTOXICATING DRINKS BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES AND ALL PROFITS REALISED FROM LETTING OF PREMISES TO BE DEVOTED TO ANY TEMPERANCE PURPOSE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL.
