FOR THE EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT OF GIRLS OR YOUNG WOMEN WHILE INMATES OF INDUSTRAIL OR REFORMATORY SCHOOLS, HOMES OR REFUGES FOR THE RECEPTION OF YOUNG WOMEN AND GIRLS CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO THE PRACTICE AND DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, AND ON LEAVING SUCH INSTITUTIONS WITH A VIEW TO FITTING THEM FOR DOMESTICE SERVICE OR OTHER SUITABLE EMPLOYMENT. PREFERENCE SHALL E GIVEN TO GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN OF IPSWICH AND NEIGHBOURHOOD.
