ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN SUCH WAYS AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AMONGST THE SEAMEN, SOLDIERS, AIRMEN THEIR FAMILIES AND FAMILY DESCENDANTS NORMALLY OR OCCASIONALLY RESIDENT IN PLYMOUTH AND FOR SCHOLARS OF ALL AGES IN THE SAID AREA.
