INCOME FOR PURCHASE OF COAL OR OTHER FUEL TO BE RESOLD AT A REDUCED COST TO DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS OF THE LABOURING, ARTISAN AND OTHER POORER CLASSES RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ASHBY ST. MARY. TRUSTEES MAY ALSO SUBSCRIBE TO FUNDS OF ANY COAL CLUB OR IN SPECIAL CASES MAKE GRATUITOUS GIFTS OF COAL TO PERSONS CONSIDERED SUITABLE.
