INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS OF 50 YEARS OF AGE OR UPWARDS BEING MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION ASSEMBLING IN WITHAM CONGREGATIONAL CHAPEL AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS OF 60 YEARS OF AGE AND UPWARDS RESIDING IN THE PARISH OF WITHAM.
