THE CLEAR INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BASTON WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE SCHEME.
