TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY THE AGED, IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN WITHIN DENTON AND IN PARTICULAR TO ACQUIRE AND HOLD LAND AND PREMISES AND TO ESTABLISH AND ADMINISTER THEREIN A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE PEOPLE OF DENTON.
