ASSISTING PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE,FORMER PUPILS OF TENBURY HIGH SCHOOL,OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE OR HAVE AT ANY TIME BEEN RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF TENBURY,TO PREPARE FOR,ENTER UPON OR ENGAGE IN ANY PROFESSION,TRADE,OCCUPATION OR SERVICE,BY PROVIDING THEM WITH OUTFITS,PAYING FEES,TRAVELLING,MAINTENANCE EXPENSES,OR BY SUCH OTHER MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OR TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR LIVING.IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH
