TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF PAST AND PRESENT MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT AND TO PROVIDE ORGANISATION AND MEANS OF RELIEF IN CASES OF HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AMONG MEMBERS (FOR FULL DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 3 OF THE RULES)
