THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITIES OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AT SUCH TIME OR RESPECTIVE TIMES AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND EITHER ABSOLUTELY OR FOR SUCH PERIOD OR RESPECTIVE PERIODS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME DURING THE TRUST PERIOD APPOINT.
