TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES OF GREAT HINTON, STEEPLE ASHTON AND WEST ASHTON AND THOSE PARTS OF THE PARISH OF TROWBRIDGE WHICH WERE FORMERLY PART OF THE PARISH OF STEEPLE ASHTON WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
