TO APPLY THE TRUST PROPERTY AND THE INCOME THEREOF EITHER AS CAPITAL OR AS INCOME FOR SUCH OF THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE ORDER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE AND IF AT ANY TIME THE ORDER SHALL CEASE TO EXIST OR CEASE TO HAVE CHARITABLE PURPOSES THEN UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE TRUST PROPERTY AND THE INCOME THEREOF FOR SUCH ONE OR MORE OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
