THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF STRICT AND PARTICULAR BAPTIST CHAPELS IN THE COUNTIES OF SURREY, HAMPSHIRE, EAST SUSSEX AND WEST SUSSEX, AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICES THEREIN
