A. TO CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS SPECIFIED IN SCHEDULE OF TRUST DEED AND ANY OTHER INSTITUTIONS REGISTERED AS CHARITIES. B. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY WHETHER BY REASON OF AGE INFIRMITY OR OTHERWISE AMONGST (I) EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF MEMBERS OF THE MALMESBURY FAMILY AND CONNECTED COMPANIES. (II) ANY OF THE PARISHIONERS OF THE PARISHES OF GREYWELL, NATELEY SCURES, HOOK, NEWHAM, ODIHAM, HURN AND CHRISTCHURCH. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 3 OF TRUST DEED).
