THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE INCOME AND THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND IN TRUST TO APPLY THE SAME EXCLUSIVELY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME WITH THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE SETTLOR DURING HIS LIFETIME BUT OTHERWISE IN THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE.
